Lia Miller is a Creative Producer and Writer from Chicago's vibrant Southside, with a deep

passion for storytelling and artistic expression. Growing up immersed in visual art, theatre,

creative writing, and film, she found solace and strength in the arts. Lia is a graduate from

Columbia College Chicago where she earned a bachelor's degree in Cinema Arts & Sciences.

She is also a ONE School portfolio program graduate where she specialized in creative strategy

and copywriting. Now a seasoned producer and creative production manager, Lia has worked

for companies like Blavity, Buzzfeed, Sisters In Cinema, and Allied Integrated Marketing. She

has extensive experience in content production across video, social, and editorial platforms, as

well as film/TV, event coordination, and marketing/publicity for film screenings. Lia also spent a

year teaching English to grade school youth in South Korea. She believes in the transformative

power of storytelling, particularly in narratives that challenge stereotypes and embrace abstract

thought. She is committed to living her truth and crafting stories that celebrate the richness of the human experience.
